Candycat Raya Campaign Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Candycat Raya Campaign (“Raya is better with TWO”) conducted by Candycat (“Candycat”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By participating in the Campaign, you (“Participant”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Campaign.
Campaign Period
The Campaign will commence on [1st March 2024] and will continue until [30th April 2024] (“Campaign Period”). Candycat reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
Eligibility
The Campaign is open to all individuals.
Campaign Mechanics
During the Campaign Period, Participants who purchase two (2) pieces of Candycat products will be eligible to receive the second piece at a 30% discount (“Discount”). The Discount will be applied automatically at the time of checkout.
Product Availability
The Campaign is subject to product availability. Candycat reserves the right to modify or substitute products included in the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
Discount Limitations
- The Discount is applicable only to the second piece purchased in a single transaction. b. The Discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers. c. The Discount is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.
Payment
All purchases made during the Campaign must be paid for in full at the time of transaction. Payment methods accepted will be specified on the Candycat website.
Shipping
Shipping fees and delivery times will be determined by Candycat’s standard shipping policies. Candycat is not responsible for any delays in delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
Participants may return or exchange products purchased during the Campaign in accordance with Candycat’s standard return and exchange policy.
Privacy
By participating in the Campaign, Participants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Candycat for the purpose of administering the Campaign and as described in Candycat’s Privacy Policy.
General Conditions
- Candycat reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior. b. Candycat’s decisions regarding the Campaign are final and binding. c. Candycat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
